Nutrition Packed Hemp Smoothies

 

Spinach and Hemp Smoothie

 

Ingredients: 

1. 2 cups spinach

2. 1/3 cup hemp hearts (seeds)

3. 1/4 chia seeds

4. 1 frozen banana

5. 6 pitted dates (soaked in water for 10 mins)

6. 4 cups almond milk

7. 1/2 cup pineapple (pureed) 

8. 3 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until desired consistency.

2. Serve with a garnish of freshly chopped mint leaves.

 

 

Blueberry and Hemp Protein Powder Smoothie

 

Ingredients: 

1. 1 cup frozen blueberries

2. 1 chilled banana

3. 1/2 cup hemp seed powder

4. 3 cups almond milk

5. 1/2 tsp ginger (pureed)

 

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until desired consistency.

2. Serve with a garnish of freshly chopped blueberries.
