5. 2 tbsp hemp seed oil
1. Add the water and honey to a pan and bring to a simmer on low - medium heat.
2. Once the syrup is ready add the sugar to the pan and bring to a boil until the color starts to change. Keep stirring until the caramel is of desired color - we like an amber or toffee brown color for ours.
3. Once your sauce is ready take it off the heat and add the cream, butter, hemp seed oil, vanilla and salt. Keep whisking the sauce while you are adding the ingredients. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and sauce is off desired consistency.
4. Once the sauce is ready, Spread the sauce on a baking sheet or parchment paper. Roll the apples across the sauce and coat them all around. Once ready let them cool down before biting into them!
